Reruns last iTerm command in current session, by mimicking following keystrokes:
1. Ctrl + C to abort current command if any
2. Arrow up + enter to rerun last command

If provided exactly 2 numeric parameters, it will rerun command at specified terminal and session.

E.g “rerun 3 2” will rerun command at 3rd window 2nd session
